Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a physical, mental and spiritual discipline for developing strength, awareness, consciousness and releasing the creative power contained within us.

Kundalini yoga is Raj Yoga and is often referred to as ‘the yoga of awareness’ because it focuses primarily on practices that expand sensory awareness in order to raise individual consciousness and offer the practitioner a rich and deep connection to Infinite Consciousness.

A Kundalini Yoga class is physically challenging through dynamic asana-based kriyas and pranayama, yet soothing and soulful with beautiful contemporary Kirtan tunes to guide your journey through to the final yoga nidra or relaxation.
