New to the Studio? Our New Student Special allows you to enjoy unlimited classes and explore our many yoga class styles for your first month!
30 Days of Unlimited Yoga for £30
If you're new to yoga or The Ashtanga Yoga Workshop our 30-day membership trial is the perfect opportunity to try our 25+ weekly classes and explore the variety of class styles.
How it Works: You get 30 consecutive days of yoga classes (excluding mysore). Your trail month starts on the date of your first class (not the date of purchase). You don't have to come every day, only as many times as you like. We recommend at least 2 classes a week to experience the health and wellbeing benefits of a regular yoga practice.
New to Yoga: For complete beginners (never before stepped on a yoga mat!) we recommend Level 1 classes. These classes will introduce yoga concepts in accessible ways and have plenty of space to offer modifications for new students no matter what age, fitness or flexibility.
Getting Started is Easy!
The studio opens 15 minutes before each class. Please arrive early for your first class to get settled. Yoga is a barefoot practice, so you will be expected to remove your outdoor shoes as you enter the studio.
Yoga mat hire is included in the New Student Special, but please bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
Wear comfortable clothes you can really move freely in.
Your 30-Day New Student Special begins on the date of your first class (not the date of purchase) and includes all 60-90 minute weekly drop-in classes. Mysore classes, courses, workshops and other one-time special classes and events not included.
This special offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, is non-transferable and cannot be shared.
Which class should I start with?
For complete beginners (never before stepped on a yoga mat!) we recommend Level 1 classes. These classes will introduce yoga concepts in accessible ways and have plenty of space to offer modifications for new students no matter what age, fitness or flexibility.
What do I wear?
We practice yoga barefoot. Ideally you should wear clothing that is comfortable and allows a full range of motion. Our purpose built studio is equipped with state-of-the-art Infrared heating panels. Unlike traditional convectional heating systems, which rely on heating and circulating the air around you, infrared panels emit infrared heat that warm you from the inside out. Put simply this means our amazing heaters will help to ease your stiff body and aching joints during your yoga class with us. However, during the winter our bamboo floor can be cool to the touch, so you may wish to bring a layer to cover your arms during relaxation.
Do I need a yoga mat?
All equipment required for classes is provided by The Ashtanga Yoga Workshop, including yoga mats. However, we recommended that you plan to purchase your own yoga mat if you are planning to maintain regular attendance. You may also wish to bring a water bottle, although you will be encouraged to only drink before or after the class (i.e. not during the class).
Book Your First Class
We recommend pre-booking your first class (especially for popular evening classes). You can do this directly on our studio timetable, or BOOK WITH ONE CLICK on your phone or tablet using the MindBody Mobile App.
You may be eligible to receive our 30-day New Member Special if you have not attended The Ashtanga Yoga Workshop for 12+ months, previously only attended 1 class or have only attended Baby Yoga classes. Contact us to ask if you can take us up on our £30 for 30 Days Re-Introductory Offer (not available online).
The Fine Print: The trial period is for 30 consecutive days commencing from the date of the first class attended. Offer limited to (1) per person. To be eligible to receive this offer you must be a new customer to The Ashtanga Yoga Workshop (never before attended our studio). 'Unlimited' yoga classes is reasonably defined as (1) class each day during the trial period and excludes mysore classes, yoga babies classes, courses and workshops. The trial must commence within 90 days from the date of purchase or the trial will be forfeited. No credits, extensions or transfers will be offered at any time. The trial does not entitle the holder to membership perks, promotions or discounts. Note: The Ashtanga Yoga Workshop does not extend trial passes if during the trial period The Ashtanga Yoga Workshop is closed for any reason, such as a public holiday or in the event of a class cancellation. This offer cannot be used with any other promotional offer.
