The YOGABEYOND® mission is to offer you the fullest and most accessible experience of yoga we are able to. In order for us to offer the best service possible it is necessary to establish clear boundaries during our professional interaction. We understand things happen and sometimes plans change. We aim to accommodate these changes as best we can by setting out fair and reasonable terms for booking and cancelling our events – allowing customers time to change their mind, while ensuring an event is still viable to go ahead.
We make our cancellation and refund policy transparent – ensuring it’s available before booking, at the time of booking and also on your receipt confirmation – so you can make an informed decision. Please take time to read this carefully. All clients are asked to agree to Yoga Beyond terms and conditions upon booking a course or workshop or training.
The full name, phone number and email address of every participant is required for attendance. All yoga events have limited number of spaces. Please be aware that your space will not be secure (and may be filled) until you have paid the request amount (deposit or full amount). Bookings made are for the dates stated and are non-transferable.
Courses, workshops/trainings are fully inclusive and if days/sessions are missed these cannot be redeemed, so please ensure you have created the available time and space to attend each day/session.
If you have booked a place and are unable to attend a workshop for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so that your place may be offered to someone else. Provided you have notified us within the cancellation window (see below), you can receive a refund (less deposit or admin fee), or the option of being transferred to another course/workshop.
We regret no refund or transfer can be given outside of these terms, including if you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, work/family changes, pregnancy or other reasons. Before committing to a course or event, please ensure you can attend the scheduled number of sessions. This cancellation policy is firm. If you are concerned about the possibility of needing to cancel your booking, we highly recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
90 days or more prior to the course start date:
Your payment will be refunded (less the non-refundable deposit)
61 – 89 days prior to the start date:
Payments are not refundable, but are transferable* to a future Yoga Beyond training/workshop (less the non-refundable deposit)
60 days or less prior to the start date:
Payments are not refundable or transferable.
*In the event that a transfer is agreed between both parties it is understood that no further refunds or transfers will be permitted.
In the event of the cancellation of an event by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of the fee. If an event is moved from its advertised venue and/or the date is changed, your payment will remain valid if you wish to attend the rescheduled event. If not, we will issue a full refund.
In the event of circumstances that cause the organiser not to be able to offer part of the course (eg illness), an alternative class/date/option will be offered. If this is not convenient a partial refund will be offered to cover that individual session.
Unfortunately YOGABEYOND® cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, illness or transport problems) that lead to the participant being unable to attend the scheduled course sessions.
We know that over the course of the training some students will experience difficulties, either with the training itself, or in other areas of their life, that cause them to feel unable to complete the course. Our aim is to support students who find themselves in this position. However, we understand that in some circumstances students may feel they have no choice other than to leave a course. In this instance YOGABEYOND® will be unable offer certification, and course fees cannot be refunded.
