One of the most fundamental yet challenging parts of the practice, learning to 'float back' and 'glide through' can seem impossible.
I remember my own excuses “my legs are too heavy” or “my arms are too short”. I had convinced myself I would never get off the ground and jump back… Until I did!
In this workshop we will breakdown the physics and physiology of the jumping's and explore useful techniques to make the impossible possible. During this energizing and fun session you will learn why the jump back's and jump trough's are such important movements and how to transform the way you move to enable mastery of these seemingly impossible feats of anti-gravity.
Some experience of Ashtanga Vinyasa or Vinyasa Yoga is advised
